What do you think your greatest  experience was on the Flavor of Loves season 2?

I think the greatest experience from the show was getting to meet a variety of people with different personalities and especially getting to me Flavor Flav.

Now that the show is over, what was the biggest secret of the behind scenes that not that many people know about?

I think the biggest thing they didn’t show was how they edited things, like how they edited you to make you look a certain way. Which is what they did with me.

Meaning?

Meaning they made me look very quiet and non aggressive when that’s not the case what so ever

So you being extremely quiet was  that apart of your personality or was that just business to you?

With me going on the show I wouldn’t have made it that far because they auditioned thousands of girls to get on the show, you you have to be outgoing. They are not going to cast anyone that is just quiet. Since I was so real and everything that came out of my mouth was so real and I didn’t play myself, they tried to make me look quiet. I guess since I wasn’t showing my ass like everybody else and I wasn’t going head over heels for him they just wanted to make me look like I was quiet. Like I was non aggressive and I wasn’t into it or whatever. But I’m just a real person so I kept it real with him for instance he asked me one time, what would I do if he was to cut me and send me back home? I told him that I would keep it moving, that’s reality to me.

This was on camera or off camera?

This was on some one on one time that we had together. You can't really get to know a person too well when you have  about 19 other girls around and they’re doing what they do to get attention of a man. I never really had to show my ass to get attention from a man so I kept it real and I carried myself the same way I do at home and that’s how I went about it. I’m classy.

How was it kissing Flav and did you actually really think that you were in love with Flav?

Did I think I was in love with Flav? No, I was only there for two weeks. Now kissing him, it wasn’t a normal kiss to me. It was real aggressive and you really don’t get too aggressive with people that you don’t really know. So the kiss wasn’t extremely bad but it wasn’t extremely great either.

Was it one of those kisses that’s like oh I might feel something or did you have something  in the back of your mind that said I’m only here for one purpose?

No, the kiss was just a surprise. It was a shock to me. I mean I went along with it because I felt like I don’t feel like he’s offending me but at the same time I was thinking in the back of my head Oh my God what is my mother going to say. What is my grandmother going to say and I know my cousins are watching me right now so that wasn’t such a great look but I felt like I had to step my game up so when he kissed me I went along with it.

What was your reasoning for going to the casting in the first place?

I felt I wanted to experience something new and why not audition for the show. I felt it would be a good experience and something new for me. I mean I’m not stuck in a box so Ill try something out plus I’m outgoing. By the way, Flavor of Love is not the only thing that I have auditioned for.

What else have you auditioned for?

I’ve auditioned for a lot of things. I’ve been into acting and modeling since I was younger. It was just many of my many auditions that I went to.

Before the show, how was your life? What were you doing?

Professionally I’m a hair stylist so that’s what I do. That’s my profession. I’ve done some acting and modeling on the side. I was in Roll Bounce which was done about three years ago. I played cute girl if you buy the DVD. You can catch the deleted scenes because the story line was cut out. I’ve done some music videos before. I was in Nick Cannons video. I've worked with Ice Cube. I did a video with Westside Connection. I've done hair for photo shoots for different photographers in Chicago. I’ve done hair shows in the pass. I’ve done wardrobe stylist work for different people. I was in Twista’s 2007. I did a Do-Gro national hair ad which was done last year but it was just released this year. I was in a independent film which is called Party Line which is do to be released spring 2007. So basically I’ve been doing the whole industry thing for a while.

Right now a lot of people are recognizing you or know who you are. What kind of endorsement deals are being offered to you  right now?

I have a wallpaper deal. I’ve been making appearances in different cities, hosting parties. I’ve been on the radio. I’ve been doing it up.

So life is crazy for you right now.

New photographers, new stylist, new make-up artist. I have a lot going on right now.

After watching Flavor of Love, do you think people will take you seriously as an actress?

The whole world doesn’t watch Flavor of Love, you know what I mean. It’s a reality show. Some people watch reality shows, some people don’t. At the end of the day people need to realize  it’s a show, it’s a production. They don’t just pick people from the side of the street and say hay why don’t you be on this reality show. You have to go through a long process to get there. You have to audition over and over, You have to have certain steps done to even get on the show. It’s a long process. Flavor Flav is the producer of the show and we know the producers are the ones that get paid the most. So on the outside looking, people that aren’t in the industry yeah people are going to form opinions but that’s because they are ignorant to the fact of what is going on behind the scenes. I can care less if someone’s taking me serious or not because I know who I am and I know what I want so it doesn’t matter what everybody else says

At the end of the day when all this is wrapped up, what do you want to be known for? What do you want people to remember you for?

I want people to know that I’m not drama filled. I don’t base my life off negativity. I want people to know that I’m a real person. I’m not the cartoon character that the people think that I am. They watch TV and they think you are a character that you don’t have a heart and you are not a real person.

Do you still keep in contact with the girls from the show?

I still keep in contact with a few of the girls from the show.
