Lizz Robbins was born in Silver Spring, Maryland, but has lived in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Ohio and Delaware. She attended Watkins Mill High School where she was on the pom-pom squad, staff writer for the school newspaper, and writer for the literary magazine.

After High School, she attended Virginia State University where she majored in English and minored in Mass Communications. While at Virginia State she participated in many activities. She was a member of the world famous Woo-Woos (Virginia State Cheerleaders), staff writer for the Virginia Statesman (newspaper), Junior Class Secretary, Senior Class Secretary, Miss Omega Psi Phi, Miss Mass Communications, Miss Virginia Statesman, and became a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Lizz currently works full-time for a Government contracting agency in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. She is currently pursing a career in acting while modeling for added exposure. Her ultimate dream is to one day become a sports broadcaster.

Some of the highlights of her 15 year career includes: Being the spokesmodel for Remy Martin, Being JET Beauty of the Week twice, being a Semi-finalist in the Miss Teen Maryland Pageant and being featured on major TV Primetime shows.

Her hobbies include: Reading various types of novels, Writing poetry, watching sports (college and pro), spending time with children and the elderly, but most of all enjoying life.

Where are you from?

I'm from the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area.

How did you get into modeling?

A friend of mine took photos of me for her photography class and the rest is history.

How hard was it for you to get the spread in King Magazine?

It was hard, because it was up to the public. It was a contest for Web Girl of the Year. As we know the public definitely came through for me and I'm thankful!

Since King Magazine is such a huge magazine, do you feel that after the spread more men started to notice who you were?

Actually, yes, which is kind of surreal, because you're thinking to yourself, do I know you from somewhere, but it's definitely great to be recognized.

With all of the accomplishments that you've had from being JET Beauty of the Week to being featured on major TV prime time shows, have you ever thought about doing music videos?

Yes, I have, but I have yet to be offered a main stream one that really suits my character.

What about Playboy?

No, Playboy is not for me

When a lot of people look at your pictures from different publications, they don't see the intelligent side of you or the fact that you were very active in different clubs in high school and college.

Yes, I was a nerd from the yearbook staff to literary magazine and I absolutely loved being a part of those clubs. It helped me to become a well rounded individual.

What are the qualities that you look for in a man?

I can't really pin point everything, but I will say he has to be down to earth, and he has to enjoy life!

I read some where that you would rather watch sports then go shopping.  Why is that?

I'm a huge sport fanatic. I grew up with two older brothers so I had no choice but to watch sports and I grew to love them, now I can't get enough!!!

Anything you would like to promote about you?

Definitely, I'm currently the SpokesModel for Remy Martin, and I'm doing a summer tour to promote Black Music Month, so look for me in a city near you!
